Orders that come in before noon 12 noon (Mountain Time), we will be able to process, fulfill and ship it out on the same day.
We try our best to have our average order processing and fulfilment done and ship out within 2 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days) under any circumstances.
Purchases made after 12 noon will not begin processing until the next day morning (Mountain Time).
Orders are typically shipped the following business day by 12 noon (Mountain Time).
If you place your order after 12pm noon (Mountain Time) on a Friday, your order will begin processing the following week on business day Monday.
Please consider this when placing your order.
A Shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been processed for shipment.
We will provide you with a tracking number once the package leaves our US warehouse and will be sent to your email within 24 hours.
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive the order status as such - order processed, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation emails with tracking information.
If you are unable to track the remainder of your order after the third business day, please provide your order number in your email to firstname.lastname@example.org
This strict process allow us to fulfil your order and send to you in a couple of days.
This makes it very difficult for us to make changes to an order. We are unable to allow adjustments, or edits to existing orders.
Once an order is placed, unfortunately the products and your shipping information may not be changed.

Once an order has shipped, it can not be canceled and will only be refunded upon approved Refund request.
You will need to place a separate order for the desired item, or cancel the order with Customer Excellence team before it ships by emailing us at email@example.com or using our chatbot/help desk icon at the bottom right of our shopping site. After cancelling, you are free to reorder whatever you’d like.
There is no guarantee our customer support team can help you cancel, edit the order in time but we will always do our very best.
It is very important you purchased only when you are clear and final on the decision.
Why 60 days?
All products are of high quality and standards and have to meet our strict guidelines and high standards.
Most of the products total servings are over 30 days thus we urge you to take the full 60-days to try the product.
We believe in our quality of our products thus please allow your body to have enough time to see the best positive results.
If you have any underlying health issues, we advise you the first thing to do is to always check with your medical health doctor before making any purchase. Get yourself a professional medical advice clarity and clear off on your intended purchase using the "Supplement Facts" and "Ingredients" tabs in any of our product pages.
If you're not satisfied with your Vital Nutritive purchase, you can request for a refund within 60 days from the date the order is delivered with the below refund eligibility conditions. Please continue to read more in the next Refund policy.

- You do not need to Return your products to us
- We do not accept any Returns back to us and if you insist there will be a chargeable fee of USD7 which will be deducted from your total Refund amount.
There are many cost we incurred in between (free shipping to you) and this USD7 fee is for restocking the products back into our inventory.
Our Green Returns initiative is our first effort, please be conscious and considerate so we can all reduce additional shipment pollution.
- Refund for the same product is allowed at a maximum of 2 times/ not more than 2 times in a full year (365 days from the day of that product first purchase) for each household. If there are products that exceed the 2 times Refund eligibility, a partial refund will be awarded.

You must notify our Vital Nutritive customer excellence team immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 60 days after purchase.
You do not need to return your order/item(s) back to us and save on the return fee because of our Green Returns initiative.
Our mission and direction to grow our business as an environmental conscious and friendly brand, we recommend that you keep the intended Return product or give it to your love ones/ friends or family.

We will then be able to process credit you for the damaged product cost but we kindly request a photograph of the damaged goods for insurance purposes.
At the same time, please let us know if you would want a replacement order? We will send out a replacement order as soon as possible.
Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Maestro®, iDEAL, as well as Paypal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We currently do not accept Discover®.

Please keep in mind, promo codes cannot be combined or swapped.
- Refunds are only issued for items that are successfully delivered.
- Refund is not eligible for orders sent wrongly due to wrong address given in order.
- Vital Nutritive does not provide refunds for orders that were reported lost in transit. Additionally, replacements for orders lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
- Please include your order number and the items that you wish to return for a refund to expedite the process.
- Please give us at least 1-2 days, we need your kind understanding to take some time allocated to process your refund.
Once it is past our 60 days guarantee period, strictly no refund will be able to carry out.
If you made a single item/unit purchase
We offer a full refund regardless of the amount of product used/opened or unopened, as long as:
- the return request has been made within the 60-Days of the delivery date
- the product has not been requested and processed for refund more than 2 times in a full year (365 days from the day of that product first purchase) for each household.
If you want to refund specific product(s) within your order, a bundle or entire order products
We will only refund 50% of the entire order purchased (minus the shipping fee). Vital Nutritive works hard towards our Green Returns, hence there is no need to return back to us. To reduce wastage even if you do not like the product, please give it to someone else who needs and can benefit the nutrients from the supplements.
Example: Bundle of 3 Units of Vital Multi Collagen, we will refund 50% of the purchased amount minus the shipping fee amount.
Only one refund transaction is allow for an order
You can select various product(s) within an order for the refund one time only.
We are unable to refund more than twice for that same product, in a full year (365 days from the day of that product first purchase) for each household.
If there are products that exceed the 2 times Refund eligibility, our customer support team will validate on a case by case basis if a partial refund should be awarded.
We trust you as our dear customers by the second time of buying and trying our products, you will be able to make a well informed decision.

How soon will I get my refund?
You will be automatically refunded back to your original method of payment within 10-14 working days.
Please allow up to 7-14 days for your financial institutions to process the refund. In some cases, it may take longer before a refund is officially credited back to your card or account depending on your financial institutions.
If a refund has been completely processed by Vital Nutritive, the issue will be the
responsibility between you and your financial institution.
Under no circumstances does any replacement or refund establish a concession by Vital Nutritive. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
You will also notice that when you look at the URL at the top of the browser you will see that it begins with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. This means that you are in secure mode.
Vital Nutritive is registered with Cybertrust as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private between your web browser and our web server.
Your full card details will never be displayed, only the last four digits so that you know which card you are using.
You can delete your card details by unticking ‘remember my payment details’ on the payment page. If you change or add a new address, you will need to re-enter your card details.
