Who doesn’t love muffins? Here is a recipe that is not only scrumptious but it won’t leave you feeling guilty after having one, or two, or five.


2 cups Almond Flour
1 cup Sugar or Sweetener
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 cup Collagen powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup Almond/Regular milk 
3 large Eggs 
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 cup Chocolate chips


  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). 12 parchment paper or silicone muffin liners should be used to line a muffin tray.
  1. Combine harmonious tasteless Vital Collagen Powder that will not disrupt the taste, with almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt in a large bowl.
  1. Add almond milk and melted coconut oil after stirring. Add the vanilla and eggs and whisk. Chocolate chips should be added last.

2. Gingerbread Bites

1 cup cocoa butter
1 cup almond butter
3 tsp honey
1 vanilla extract
2 scoops of collagen powder
Ground ginger
1 Tsp cinnamon
4-5 oz chocolate (for coating)


Cacao butter should be melted over low heat in a small saucepan. The almond butter, honey, and vanilla should be added after the butter has completely melted and stirred until smooth.

Combine Vital Collagen Powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a medium-sized mixing basin.
The wet mixture should be poured into the dry mixture and well mixed using a spatula.

Pour the filling into a pan that has been lined with foil and spread the filling to the borders.
Put the filling in the freezer to set for about half an hour.


Melt the chocolate on the stovetop over low heat after the filling is done.
Cut the filling into pieces and cover the contents with the chocolate. For the chocolate to harden, place it on a piece of parchment paper.

Once all of the truffles have been covered in chocolate, pour the leftover mixture on top and sprinkle with flaked pink salt.

3. HH Eggnog

After all, Eggnog is a lasting tradition to welcome the festive of joy with a good cheers!

This Healthy Holiday Eggnog is alcohol-free (but feel free to add some if you’re in the mood) collagen Eggnog that can blow a few minds around the Christmas table.


4 cups Milk
1 scoop of Collagen powder (10 g)
6 Egg yolks
½ cups Honey or Maple syrup
¼ cup Coconut oil or Butter
½ t nutmeg
½ t cinnamon
Vanilla bean
Salt flakes


In a small dish, mix a 10 g scoop of Vital Collagen Powder and 1 cup of milk. Stir well and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Have another bowl, combine the honey and egg yolks and beat with a hand or stand mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Over medium heat, add the remaining 3 cups of milk to a medium saucepan. Add the butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla bean, and sea salt and start stirring as soon as the butter has melted. Cover with a lid, and let soak for 10 minutes.
Turn the heat to medium-low when the milk has steeped. Add the collagen powder and whisk continuously until it dissolves. Take the vanilla bean out.
Temper the eggs by gradually adding heated milk to the light egg yolks while using the hand mixer. Once all of the milk has been added, increase the speed to high and continue mixing until it becomes thick and foamy. 

Serve warm.
