Shipping policy

General Information

Vitalnutritive.com ships to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Boxes. We offer FREE standard ground shipping services on all orders.

We ship physical orders Monday through Friday (business days) from our warehouse.
Orders that come in before noon 12pm (Mountain Time), we will be able to process, fulfil and ship it out on the same day.
Purchases made after 12pm PST will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 12pm (Mountain Time) on a Friday, your order will begin processing the following week Monday. Please consider this when placing your order.

We aim to do our best to have our average order processing and fulfilment done and ship out within the 1-2 business days* (excluding Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days) under any circumstances.

*Occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions and unprecedented events.

We ship all our products out from our US fulfilment facility.

APO/FPO/DPO Military
At this time, we unfortunately do not ship APO/FPO/DPO.

How long does shipping and delivery take?

Once your order is processed, fulfilled and shipped out, the delivery will take 3-5 business days before it reaches you.

Delays due to weather are out of our control.
Please take note there is no guarantees to delivery time frame especially for peak and holiday seasons, unforeseen circumstances such as unprecedented Covid-19 period and its impacts.
During these periods and circumstances, shipping companies are occasionally experiencing delays which will result in longer delivery times with additional 3-4 days extra.
Thus, instead of the standard delivery time of 3-4 business days, it might take 7-12 business days.

If you’ve received an order confirmation from us, your package is currently in transit. Due to these high volumes, shipping companies may not update your tracking information. Please know that our team and our supply chain partners are working very hard to ensure all packages are delivered as quickly as possible. We are extremely grateful for your patience!

How can I track my order shipment?

An email will be sent to you with an order confirmation immediately after your order is placed.
A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been processed for shipment.
We will provide you with a tracking number once the package leaves our US warehouse and will be sent to your email within 24 hours.

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation emails with tracking information.

If you are unable to track with the tracking number of your order or there is no tracking number sent to your email after the third business day, please contact support with your order number so we can help.

Is shipping free?

One-time Purchase
Shipping is Free for all orders. Any orders will be entitled for free shipping.

Green Returns

We embark on our sustainability and green environment effort firstly by providing Green Returns which means ZERO Returns.
When we remove Returns as a whole, there will be no add-on carbon dioxide emissions created out from the chain of return delivery process.

If there is an exchange or refund approved, you do not need to return your (opened or unopened) product to us.
Food waste has significant environmental consequences. Especially for opened products, will result in wastage because opened products cannot be put back for sales. Eventually food wastage will become environmental problem and impacts on our lives.

We provide sufficient information for our products so that you can make an information purchase decision without the need to Returns or Exchange unnecessarily.
We urge our customers to do their very best in making more informed and wise decision when you shop with us.

What if my shipping takes more than it should?

There can be times when an order parcel can be lost in transit. We can only deem it as 'lost in transit' if it takes over 2 weeks to deliver.

Please write to us at support@vitalnutritive.com , if you have no further shipping update for more than 2 weeks.
We can ship out a replacement order to you after investigation.
